Breed
The stud farm's main task is to breed, raise and train sport and riding horses for all disciplines of equestrian sport at the highest level.
The best stallions are fed to our continually selected mare line, which has so far produced twelve state premium mares. The horse population usually consists of around 10 mares and around 40 young horses between the ages of 1 and 6 years.
In addition to the foals born every year, other foals from the best dam lines are also purchased and raised. Horses bred in Horstfelde achieved numerous victories and placements at foal championships, mare tests and sporting events - in addition to national successes in difficult classes in all disciplines, also at international level, including world championship titles.

Offspring
Our offspring from our well-selected mare line and renowned stallions grow up on our extensive land under the best conditions.
At the Foal Championships in Neustadt/Dosse we were able to produce the championship winner several times for both dressage and jumping foals. An award that underlines the quality of our breeding.
In the summer of 2024, our own offspring was able to be expanded with additional purchases: three Westphalian foals from different breeders are now enriching the stock and expanding the hope of healthy and later successful offspring. They arrived safely in their group and were integrated.
